One of our physicians is always on-call to help with medical emergencies. During the hours when our offices are closed, you can leave a number with our answering service for a return call. Tips for using after-hours calls:
- You can leave multiple phone numbers if you’re not sure what number will ring back.
- The call back may be from a “blocked” number. Deactivate anonymous call blocks by entering *87.
- Please have important information handy, including your child’s weight, allergies, and a phone number for a pharmacy that is open when you call.
- If you don’t hear back from us in a reasonable amount of time, call our office number again. Our doctors receive these messages via SMS, and sometimes messages get misdirected. We strive to return all calls in a timely manner. Please call again if you don’t hear from us.
- Please, only call after hours for medical emergencies. We are happy to help with genuine emergency situations, and we do not charge for this service. For routine matters and other questions, please call during office hours.
Our offices are open for routine calls M-F 8:30-12:15 and 1:30-5, Saturdays 8:30-11 AM. Visits are by appointment only.
