Our newest physician, Dr. Zackary Cline-Egri, is starting this week! Many of you have already met him — Dr. Zak has been training in our office as part of his residency for the last year. He’s now completed his training and has joined our practice, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him on the team!
Dr. Zak was born in Greenbrae, California and was raised in Mill Valley. He attended the University of California Davis where he studied Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. Dr. Zak spent one year working with and training Rhesus Macaques for a Neuroscience lab in Davis. He then traveled to Florida where he received his doctorate in medicine at Lake College of Osteopathic Medicine at Bradenton in 2016. The match brought him to Atlanta for his pediatric residency at Emory which he completed in 2019. It was in Atlanta that he met his wife Kim (also from California) and the two of them now reside in Roswell with their two dogs Murphy and Tommy. Outside of work he enjoys hiking with his dogs, reading, traveling, attending stand-up comedy, concerts and figuring out how to manage his new yard.
